This is a grass roots charity climb. We understand that things happen. If something happens and you can’t go, please consider sponsoring a child through one of the other climbers. This trip is about the kids and their future. Your support is crucial to their success.
We highly recommend trip and medical insurance in case something happens once on the trip. So far nothing of consequence ever has. But let’s be safe and not leave things to chance.
Booking conditions & Cancellation policy.
Reservation:
A deposit of 25% of the tour prices is payable at the time of the booking if outside of the 30 days. Otherwise full payment is required.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the tour.
Cancellations:
Any cancellation received before 31 days – the deposit will be forfeited,
Between 30 days and 48 hours, 75% of the total tour price will be charged,
Less than 48 hours notice, 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
SAFARI includes:
Luggage allowance strictly 15kgs per person including hand luggage. Soft bags are highly recommended.
